This photograph was taken at a Star Trek Convention. Its not hard to figure out who the Trekker is! The caption read Ians brother Ross and his friend Ronin just happened to be in town. Its easy to tell who they all are, just by the expressions on their faces!

Was that at the Star Trek Hilton? It looks like it.
Heres the link, at a guess, you'll be able to compare Quarks Bar top,(and restaurant) from the image gallery, it most likely is the Hilton for sure.
