He's Dead Jim

Dan Connolly created this drawing of Spock, Jim and Bones, except something is missing, heh.

Is the redshirt sporting pointy ears? Why is Spock wearing a redshirt? Could this be Scotty?

"He's dead, Jim" is the famous catch phrase used by the USS Enterprises Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Leonard 'Bones' McCoy in Star Trek the classic series.

How many times does the doctor say the word "dead" when one of the Enterprise crew, such as a redshirt or another character dies?

1) 24

2) 34  or

3) 44 times?

skip ahead to 3.04 to find out.

 Live long and Prosper, trekkers.

I was going to say twenty-four and I was right!
That zombie does look like Spock...

Your a trekker Alex, The zombie redshirt has pointy ears, Dan says hes just a generic redshirt, I postulated he could be Spock or Scotty because of the ears and redshirt. Its still up for debate.

That is a lot of dead. I'd be tired of saying it

Bones says it all the time and that is Spock who should be in blue!

Sad that he's been dead for fifteen years!

Pat, I wonder what Deforest Kelley thought about it.

I agree Birgit, so the question is which one of the redshirts is it?

"He's not really dead so long as we remember him." Tony.

That's hilarious! It's a good thing Bones is around to explain these things.

It's blue, Jim! Blue!

Have you ever seen the short of Pigs in Space? "Klingons on the starboard bow..." Still cracks me up.
