Villainous Darth Vader Is Dead?

V IS FOR VADER!

I AM ALIVE!!! CAPTAIN KIRK, DON'T BELIEVE THEM, MY OLD FRIEND.

They're calling it, Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens directed by J.J. Abrams.

Lord Vader ticks all the criteria as the perfect machine man on the surface - villainous, decorated general, deep voiced, heavy breather obsessed with the dark arts. Twisted and broken in body and mind, Vader specialized in communicating with spirits of the dead.

"The Force is strong in my family...."  Will the mystery voice in the Star Wars trailer try to communicate with Darth Vader?

Is Darth Vader really dead? For good!!! Forever???

Sadly, I think he's dead. At least James Earl Jones is still around to voice him if he's not dead.

I'm pretty sure he's dead - I mean, we saw Luke burn his body, and that melted mask is pretty telling (and pretty awesome).

What if Captain Kirk steps through the Guardian of Forever and time travels to Vaders fatal point in time? I know its a long shot. Haven't they got something like the Guardian in Star Wars?

My comment seems to have disappeared. I believe Darth is dead.

I'm hopeful Vader's spirit is still alive somewhere.

Funny photo. I actually wrote a fun poem called Kirk vs. Vader.

Vader is dead. But Anakin lives.

I love that this has suddenly become the big question of the new movie.

He's probably dead but could be alive in spirit somewhere. Who really knows?

Alex, I wonder will James Earl Jones be in Ep VII's credits?

The body, soul and mind Bob are they all gone?

Maybe Vader has been casting his darkside spells on you JO! LOL!

No kidding Jeffrey, Is it on your blog? (I wrote a Kirk vs Vader spoof five years ago.)

I dying to know Tony, will SW Episode VII's voice commune with the darkside! You know who I'm talking about!

Darth is dead...kinda. I bet we will hear his voice communicate to the next person probably his granddaughter but he may be a voice of good since, when he died, he asked for forgiveness and was seen with Yoda and Obi Wan

The evil that men do lives after them; the good is oft interred with their bones---well, then. Vader has a fighting chance.

I think he's dead. In fact, I kind of hope so. I love the character but it's definitely time for the story to move forward.

Wow! Love Vader. He was one of my favorite Star Wars characters.

I'm going to have to come back and see your other posts.

Just making the rounds using my commenters from last year to see who's doing this year's A to Z.

Life exists at other planet, I can confirm you that, well I am not joking, I am serious; Life on earth is visible to you because earth life form can see each other. Likewise, other planet life form can see each other. It is like you are in a close box all you can see is darkness. Since, on and in earth is filled up of spherical matter, so I assume the box you are in is spherical.
