Star Trek Time Travel

The crew of Star Trek's USS Enterprise NCC 1701 - A,B,C and D has traveled backwards and forwards in time, frozen in time or repeated moments of time over and over again... but how many? Well my trekker friends... hells bells, how can we be sure? because we've got 13 movies, 7 Star Trek series and encounters with temporal anomalies, Thats a lot of Star Trek isn't it? So to begin, let examine TNG today and follow up with TOS, DS9, VGR, ENT,TAS, and Star Trek Discovery later on.

Star Trek The Next Generation
Time Travel Episodes:

1. All Good Things
2. Captains Holiday
3. Cause and Effect
4. Firstborn
5. Tapestry
6. Time Squared
7. Yesterdays Enterprise
8. Times Arrow
9. A matter of Time
10. We'll always have Paris (Temporal anomaly)
11. Timescape

I couldn't leave out Leonard's Stories about time, I know I'm being illogical... but its cool to think his spirit is time travelling out there somewhere. What do you think? Which is you favorite episode? Can you think of any others?

Time is a perennial trickster - and some excellent stories/movies focus on that.

If we have 11 with just one series, I'd guess we have at least 50 instances.

I wonder if there were any time travel within time travel. How many parallel universes could be traveled in a matter of minutes? Okay, I am just pondering.

Never thought about it but remember some of them being about time travel

A show like Star Trek has to hit all the popular tropes. There have to be the time travel eps. The Groundhog Day ep. The alternate universe ep. I'm sure there's a list somewhere. Have you seen If you haven't, make sure you don't plan on going anywhere for a while.

"Yesterday's Enterprise" and "All Good Things..." were probably TNG's best uses of time travel.
