The USS Enterprise NCC 1701-D experiences a time loop experiment gone awry. Turns out the scientist responsible, Dr Paul Manhiem and wife Jenice send out an SOS. Just when Picard was winning, a time distortion ripples throughout the entire sector repeating time during his fencing game!

PICARD FENCING HERBERT

Interesting move sir, what technique is that? The technique of a desperate man.

RIKER, PICARD AND TROI

The phenomena kicks in taking over distorting the timeline. Picard rushes to the bridge to get answers only to hear Manheims rescue co-ordinates. Manheim sounds ill. Data states the obvious, the phenomena in not an illusion but occurred in real time.

PICARD ON HOLODECK DECK

The time experiment is out of control and threatens to rip open the very fabric of space. Meanwhile, heres how it plays out. Picard indulges in holodeck programmes trying to recapture his past and rid himself of guilt.

JENICE

Its 22 years later with the USS Enterprise-D at warp 8 in a bid to rescue Jenice from nonlinear time experiments gone afoot. Theres a mystery to be solved at Vandor IV. Manheim and Jenice beam up to sickbay. All is not what it seems.

MANHEIM, JENICE, PICARD, DATA, TROI AND DR CRUSHER

Oh we are us, Sir, They are also us. So , indeed, we are both of us at different points along the same time continuum - Data explaining the situation.

A breach in time created by Manheim has created alternate dimensions at different points in the time continuum. Thats why we see three Data's in Manheim's lab, when hes ready to discharge the anti-matter. Only Data is successful! He repairs the temporal anomaly.

DATA SEALING TIME DISTORTION BREACH

Thanks to the USS Enterprise NCC 1701-D holodeck, Picard finally gives Jenice a proper goodbye. 22 years later in an open air cafe with Parisian views of the the Eiffel Tower.

Have you ever been to France or the Eiffel Tower?
PICARD  - EIFFEL TOWER

Do you think Picard regrets running out on Jenice?

Data said it's me in this episode! How is this possible? he can't use contractions.

ALIEN LANGUAGE IN SCIENCE FICTION

Michael Dorn (aka Worf) studied the Klingon Way written by Marc Ocrand. In an interview given by the actor, "Worf" happily mentions the Klingon Dictionary, its description of Klingons and their behaviour. He speaks about how the book helped him develop his Klingon character that got him the part for the Star Trek's TNG.

So here he is at a Rose City Comic Con at Portland, Oregon with Gates Mc Fadden (Beverly Crusher) and Marina Sirtis (Counselor Troi) chatting to fans about the Star Trek Discovery appearance of Klingons in the new show.

QUESTION:

"Your mother has a smooth forehead"  - is an insult in which Alien language in Science Fiction?

NA'VI

1) Alienese (Futurama)

2) Na'vi (Avatar)

3) Dothraki (Game of Thrones)

4) Klingon (Star Trek)

The 4 you see here are real alien languages, developed by linguistic professionals and professors.

Which one of these Sci-Fi alien languages do you think holds the correct answer? Have fun!

Hollywoods filmmakers have cast their votes for The 45th Saturn Awards. So the academy elite membership of head honchos - J J Abrams, Bryan Singer, Steven Spielberg, Bryan Fuller, Mark A Altman, Vince Gillgan and James Cameron have spoken.

Indeed some say Star Trek finally won awards because so much is right about it. Finally Gene Roddenberry's legacy is being recognized - real acting awards for real actors, not just achievements in sound, special effects, costume, editing, hairstyling, makeup and music. However over the weekend all thats changed. Forget about the crumbs off the table. Duh what? cos' like Star Trek is boldly succeeding where no TV series has gone before......

Heres are the 2019 Saturn Winners for Star Trek Discovery TV show, warping through space with our heroes battling chaos in the galaxy.

At least 3 of these Star Trek nominees won Saturn Awards here on Earth with Starfleet picking up the tab since the Federations charter in 2161. Impressive aren't they?

The Saturn Awards are often criticized for being too inconsistent with genres, as well as for nominating and awarding movies not related to sci-fi, fantasy or horror. Nomad would have a field day. What do you think? Speak now or be neutralized by nomad.

Star Trek is boldly going to the Big Apple, New York Picard/Discovery style for Comic Con on thursday, October 3 to 6th - the third time now. So who's coming to the party my trekker friends?

PATRICK STEWART AKA PICARD OF USS ENTERPRISE
NCC 1701

Currently-filming castmates Sonequa Martin-Green (Burnham), Doug Jones (Saru), Mary Wiseman (Tilly), Anthony Rapp (Stamets), Wilson Cruz (Culber), and newcomer David Ajala (Booker) are recording the ongoing adventures of the USS Discovery NCC 1031

It seems like these guys are trying to make the Discovery appear like traditional Star Trek again with Captain Pike back calling the shots.

JOHNATHAN FRAKES AKA RIKER - STAR TREK TNG
The big draw for fans will certainly be the cast of the next big Trek adventure, Star Trek Picard - starring Patrick Stewart (Picard), freshmen Alison Pill (Agnes Jurati), Isa Briones (Dahj), Michelle Hurd (Raffi Musiker), Santiago Cabrera (Chris Rios), Harry Treadaway (Narek), and Evan Evagora (Elnor), along with executive producer Alex Kurtzman who will be part of both halves of the event.

SONEQUA MARTIN GREEN AKA MICHAEL BURNHAM

These Starfleet Star Trek crews will be returning to The Theater at Madison Square Garden — the site of the last two years of NYCC Trek panels — on Saturday, October 5 from 1PM – 2:30PM ET.
