The problem with acquiring said letter, would be to prove its authenticity. Not an easy thing to do.

What an interesting letter.
I suspect that one of the signs that there are intelligent extraterrestrails is that they HAVEN'T contacted us - a species which is doing its best to trash its home...
I can see this being a fun joke but also something the people mentioned would get into. Now it is to find out if this is real or not
