Where did Star Trek land on Christmas day?

 Hi Trekkers,

Spacerguy Here, First of all let me wish you all a Happy and Joyous Christmas as we usher in 2023. Today, I chatted with Public Servants and Ceo Derek at the NRH where I trek out for a living. In the 23rd and 24th Century Star Trek's interstellar Goddesses have laid claim to their cultural places with memorable kisses in history boldly spellbinding minds where no-one had gone before.

We all love a bit of meriment and charm to captivate us accross the cosmos. So all in all now the spirit of festive celebration is upon us, ask yourself: Where did Star Trek land on Christmas day?

In Star Trek The Classic episode "Dagger of the Mind" Captain Kirk beams down with Dr Helen "Noel" (Marianna Hill) to Tantalus Penal Colony to conduct a scientific examination.

When Dr Helen reminds him, (lol) "do you remember the Science Lab Christmas Party? " -

Kirk "Yes I remember"

Curiously Dr Noel surname comes from the French word for Christmas and its used in song for Christmas carols.

I reckon the movie Star Trek Generations spreads a powerful Christmas Trekker reference of peace, hope and family values. However, Picard is transported to a "Nexus" and experiences a fantasy version of Christmas complete with a picture perfect home and family he never had in reality aboard the starship USS Enterprise NCC 1701-D or had growing up at home at the vineyard in France.

Where did Star Trek land on Christmas day?

1.  Dr Helen Noel

2.  The Nexus

3.  Trekker and Trekkie touch down!

Vote now and make your voice heard,

Where did Star Trek land on Christmas day?

I would imagine they don't really celebrate Christmas due to the religious connotations. But what do I know?

Hope you had a Merry Christmas! Maybe, Star Trek landed on that special star, brightest by far.

Wishing you a Happy New Year!

Wow. What a lovely step back. Especially the one with Kirk and Picard. I haven't watched that in forever.

I hope you had a lovely Christmas and Happy New Year!

I figured I'd dig up some Christmas Star Trek fun and share. Its like fine wine which never ages. Celebrating at home with family in Picards dream gets big points which conversely is what most of us do at Christmas. Happy Christmas Trekkers

At least one year, they must have celebrated Light Day with the Wookiees.
