In her defense, I believe her Borg implants are just exploring her sexuality. Good and bad apart it was Data (who saved Picard in TNG Nemesis) wanted to cash in his positronic microchips like a human. 😁 The real terminology is collection of sophisticated neural nets and heuristic algorithms elevating beyond status of robot or machine.

Meanwhile Romulan Narek creeps around the Borg cube and runs into his sister Narissa. I guess justice is served when Seven pushes Narissa down the Borg Cube abyss. Not quite a Darth Vader flinging the Emperor down the reactor shaft moment but still quite satisfying.

 We know Daji was snuffed out by the Dhat Vash terminators leaving her twin to battle it out while Picard follows with the La Sirena crew. So like Soji who wasn't all bad? She came through in the end and acted in time just like Dr. Altan Inigo Soong who must have felt a bit betrayed to ice one of his own treasured artificial lifeforms. At the end Captain Riker turns up to slug it out with the Romulans.

I mean everyone's been so on edge over the existence of higher synthetic beings in the universe. Including Dr Soong. How would Data have reacted to these Federation revelations I wonder?

Try explaining to paranoid Romulans but considering all the action, mythology, androids, Zhat Vash, Borgs on the loose and sneaky Romulan traitors and sexy Alien babes fighting it out, what makes this better is the crashed Borg artefact which Narissa is trying to engage.Some might feel sweet justice is served when Jeri Ryan - Seven of Nine kicks Narissa down the Borg Cube abyss sending her screaming to her death. How did you feel about Narissa's final scene?

It really was touch and go for Picard's starship and Juranti. The alien space orchid motives were clear and the Romulan Fleet orbiting planet Coppelius (aka Ghulion 4)led by Commodore Oh meant one thing - mass paraside for synthetic lifeforms. Episode 10 unites Captain Rikers Federation at an intersection with the deadly Romulans Fleet of Warbirds who see the light when Picards reasoning with Soji succeeded and the rift is sealed, whoo hoo!  Season 1 trekkers.

Hi Trekkers, I hope everyone's enjoying Picard's Patrick Stewart trek through the stars so far 'cos like when Captain Rios Santiago Cabrera starship the La Sirena arrives at Soji's Isa Briones homeworld, all is not what it seems. It appears Narek has followed Rios 25 light years in 15 mins, who attacks and spins out of control. Maybe Narek  Harry Treadaway trying to restore his honor being a Zhat Vash washout and all.

25 LIGHT YEARS

Its just like ol times when Picard gives his speech on morality bit and thats when real problems kick in. So here they all are with the orchid space  thing and to liven things up 7of9's Jeri Ryan Borg cube appears ready to kick ass, whoo hoo! except emm nope.... Everyone gets their butts kicked by the Alien ship.

Upon reflection Coppelius is Soji's planet robot world for her android kin. The reality is the Romulans fear that a powerful synthetic civilisation will wipe out all organic life and this might not be just paranoia... and the Synthetics might welcome it.  Anyway Rios ship and the cube plunge to the planet. Finally an older, "eccentric Data"  Dr. Altan Inigo Soong Brent Spiner appears with his team of androids.

STAR TREK PICARD - BROKEN PIECES

Hi trekkers. In Star Trek Picard's "broken pieces" we witness a rare Romulan ceremony designed to probe minds with the stark Truth of the Zhat Vash. Be warned emotions do run sky high here. So like watching ten lovely babes go crazy, isn't everyone's idea of high fiving around the Mutara Nebula. (If you catch my drift.) Picards got the best line though "Fear is the destroyer!"  AIA" the planet where all the boogie man stuff  happens is in a system with these mysterious eight stars! To be honest trekkers, there is a depth on IMDB with mixed emotional outbursts about this episode.

ZHAT VASH CEREMONY

You either love this place or hate it. Anyway at the start we're given some interesting clues. Commodore Oh's chanting puts her chosen subjects through some fairly twisted mind destroying Zhat Vash paces.



 The ladies grab their heads as their minds warp horrified by the truth reaching them at lightspeed. Only two are strong enough to survive the test, Narissa and Auntie.The rest go stark raving mad clearly unable to face reality.... but why I hear you cry? why oh why? The fact is they've learned the truth of the Zhat Vash!!!! and the warning left by the ancients!!

AUNTIE AND NARISSA SURVIVE

So like nowhere in sight is there the magnificent USS Enterprise-NCC 1701-D rushing to save these tortured souls either. Those days are over my friends, gone, forget about it.... still I am broken up about the ship.... let no-one ever forget the name Enterprise...(Who said that?) Yet Patrick Stewart has said the USS Enterprise NCC 1701-D is not happening again!

but Kudos to Picard!!!! He's still able to pull a few strings with Starfleet Admiral Kirsten Clancy. So he gets a squadron of ships...Meanwhile, Commodore Oh's mission to create Zhat Vash assassins to seek out and destroy something really bad, kinda like didn't work. so what could be worse?

This epic tale informs us......unless all A.I. die, something bad news is coming to dinner. This explains why synths and deceased android friend Mr Data ( - have become public enemy No1 in ST Picard....No-one wanted Dr Bruce Maddox either(assassinated Cyberneticist) around so he got snuffed out by smiling cheerful lovely Juranti.

  So take a good look trekkers, in all her Zhat Vash glory. I mean, look at the way Oh's dressed, hooded and chanting mystic Zhat Vash rhetoric. Impressive isn't she? Closer examination at the barren planet reveals a "warning" left behind by the ancient civilization. What happened to them gawd knows, oh yeah the baddies.....coming to dinner.

Don't underestimate Oh. Her chanting, tells us that something big and scary is out there in space. Once the A.I. line of demarcation has been crossed, something with an extremely bad attitude is waiting on the other side. What could that be?

STAR TREK PICARD: SEASON 1 EPISODE 7, NEPENTHE

Hi Trekkers Spacerguy here,  I've been away on shoreleave  but as Susan commented its time to catch up. unfortunately my transporter malfunctioned and I got waylayed by a Romulan agent but I've managed to escape and here I am. 😐

Star Trek Picard, In the 7th episode Nepenthe, our trusty captain Picard and Soji safely transport to the planet Nepenthe with no mishaps getting away from the Borg Artefact. (I'm trying not to get emotional but) It must be testing beaming across the galaxy 40,000 light years using spatial trajector Borg technology.

We know our friends escaped the evil clutches of Narissa who was Nareks scheming Romulan sister. These two were a cunning team plotting sneakily and quietly aboard the Cube. Looking back we can enjoy how much it meant to Picard to have escaped safely now back with some old and trusted friends, Troi, Riker and daughter Kestra which they're writing about on the New York Times! 😁

Soji on the other hand isn't so sure. its not like she can rely on her "gut" instincts right? After all she has no reason to believe anything is real cos like shes been programmed, "activated" and learns, oh well I'm an android or synthetic? So do lets be honest trekkers how would you feel discovering such feelings and being only a couple years old?

As the rest of La Sirena's crew attempt to join them, Picard helps Soji make sense of her recently unlocked memories. Its a rough trek but heck burdens of comand, 😐  Meanwhile, Hugh and Elnor are left on the Borg cube and must face Narissa who no angel, so lets take a closer look at her.

I figure beside being a Romulan spy for the grim Zhat Vash, Commodore O is a dark General Sorceress but lets not forget Narissa.

It's like Picard's crew finally found their footing with all this deep space harebrained alien diplomacy. So is it likely Star Trek Picard is finally onto something with The Impossible Box? Here we're see Dahj sister also an android alive and ready to spring into action..

The new starship "La Sirena" commanded by Captain Rios looks really cool too. Its got CGI rendering, real convincing computer panels and a special holodeck hideout for Picard when he needs to strategize. Now with CBS/Amazon Prime updating the Star Trek Universe without making a complete hash of Treks timeline...

So much seems right about it. Alot hinges on Data's daughter Soji who's still a beautiful mystery. Narek's trickery on the Artefact fooling around with Soji meant he was a no good Romulan spy.

HUGH AND PICARD

 Finally Soji cops onto herself and finds Picard, Hugh and Elnor in time to do a runner..... and they beam-out from the Borg Queens what ever. Elnor and Hugh face the music on  the Borg Cube defending king and country so honorably meeting their deaths, parting is always such sweet sorrow my trekker friends.

1. Do you get a sense of pride Elnor stayed to the end to defend Picard and Soji (Data's daughter) so they could beam to safety?
2. Now Soji has become self-activated will she use her positronic DNA to resurrect her father Data?
3. Will Picard want revenge for Hugh's death?
4. Can anyone fix Starfleet now that its falling to pieces and we don't have a galaxy class starship or commander to bandaid the failing United Federation of Planets?

Hey trekkers Spacerguy here. Star Trek Picard is showing us the before and after Trek timelines with characters crossing paths and slugging it out in the galaxy. Parents be warned this episode has some might say a "Tarantino bloodfest" We see the Seven Domes where Seven of Nine - Jeri Ryan  (from Voyager) gets her evil on some aliens.

PICARD (Patrick Stewart) SEVEN (Jeri Ryan)

Why I hear you cry? simple really. Its payback, cos like shes far from all right with dark violence, so now shes angry and besides Federation justice on Vergessen? Forget about it. The beloved Federation has fallen my Trekkie friends. I'm right aren't I?  Meanwhile Picard's scheming is taking shape aboard the La Sirena with plans to "save the galaxy" So he's in a ropey Allo Allo pirate costume spouting hazeri values taking on renegades. Sevens cold blooded murdering - whats going on trekkers? Doesn't Picards Starfleet pomp count anymore?

EVAN EVAGORA

 The year is 2386 so like did Lieutenant Itcheb really deserve to be tortured..? All that horrible drilling as that cruel wretched Bjayzi toyed with her ex-borg victim. She harvested and detached Itcheb's cybernetic devices which identified who he was... Borg! (Not that Picard,- (Patrick Stewart) Seven (Jeri Ryan) or Itcheb (Manu Intiraymi) ( ever had any choice ) Poor Itcheb (from Voyager now ex-Borg looked so miserable with Seven except here was someone crying out  for the end. His optical implant is gone - theres really too much damage done. Seven is torn but finishes the job putting Itcheb to rest.

SEVEN AND ITCHEBS FINAL MOMENT

 Only the game isnt over, it appears Bjayzi has more loose ends to harvest. ..... Seven, determined, is not going to let Bjayzi get away. (trekkies we can whine about the horrors but facts are facts, outerspace is a cold unfriendly place. You'll know when you get ur own starship and besides, whatever happened to an eye for an eye? Why didn't more of us turn out for Star Trek Beyond?

Integrity, intelligence, courage, imagination, and determination are core qualities of Starfleet Officers which sounds fine but doesn't wash at the box office, just compare Star Trek box office to Star Wars numbers.

PICARD GLEAMING FACTS FROM MADDOX

Time runs out for Maddox who's surprisingly been on the run. In a crazy twist, now its Juranti time to turn killer. The guy everyones been after spills the beans before croaking it, unconscious and all that other shoulda coulda woulda hazeri until he dies on the table.

Beaming down to freecloud in cornball outfits was like a duh what? moment for me. The federations most revered captain wants to play games? Like seriously this is the plan?  Seven's plan meant using herself as bait and with her Starfleet - Borg experience lure that Bjayzi evil witch out into the open. Now in light of Picard and Seven striving towards their "humanity" Here was an act of retribution fuelled by pure murderous revenge - wouldn't you say?

Hey trekkers Spacerguy here. The good 'ol Enterprise-D TNG days were really still in their infancy with the Romulans plotting and flourishing in the shadows. So now, Klingon Warrior to Romulan, do lets be honest now, Picard's getting all friendly with Romulans,  good thing eh we know more about Worf', Kimpec and Gowrons family bloodlines eh? Just saying like, our ex-Starfleet friend is bound to run into trouble sooner or later with aliens being aliens.

So now whats Picard going to do? No longer an Admiral or captain of a starship, our friend takes us on a voyage to planet "Freecloud" for heavens sake!!! What do you think of this change in Picard's status?

Following the clues, Raffi one of Picards recruits on the Sirena tracks Bruce Maddox see, remember him? The guy so enthused with dissecting Data in Star Trek's Measure of a Man to build a whole army of Datas (which turned out to be a showcase trial episode). Riker as prosecution using cutting words putting sythetic dignity up for total scrutiny. That was Maddox TNG but has he succeeded on some other dynamic?

Turns out Picard orders a stop-over at the planet Vashti, where Picard and Raffi took Romulan refugees 14 years previously promising, promising, promising. "The Federation....." Upon arrival, Picard finds Elnor (Evan Evagora), a young Romulan fighter he befriended during the relocation. All is not happy families. Meanwhile, Narek continues flirting with Soji while Narissa’s impatience grows with this lark is going on in the Borg artifact.

 You get the gist, admiral Picard is on a mission except it gets dicey eventually on Vashti. Trouble is moral fortitude and the benefit of logic falls on deaf ears when faced with cheesed off aliens. Time to,  beam me up, Rios! Guess who else after a battlefight with a Klingon Bird of Prey? Seven of Nine! Who Hooo, Let the games begin.

Hi trekkers, heres my rundown of Star Trek Picard episode 3. We know Picard's rationale with Fleet  Admiral Clancy at Starfleet H.Q. fell on deaf ears. Clearly Picard had a fight which signified a new direction. Give me a new ship or fire my butt. What do you think happened? Patrick Stewart does a deadly job appearing shocked, later.

PICARD TRIES LOGIC AND FAILS

He tells Raffi outside Starfleet H.Q. the news from banned, dismantled synths and halted research but why would the Tal Shiar attack attack a (synthetic?) fleet designed to protect them? states Admiral Picard and yeah he got canned so its easy to see trekkers. Isn't it? Starfleet is guilty of hiding something. News of Picards resignation got Raffi fired so its clear why she was cheezed off.

RAFFI AND PICARD OUTSIDE STARFLEET HQ

 Its a great story and one which leaves millions of Romulans on their home planet up sh*t creek facing a super nova, haha Ah but no, c'mon seriously lets be decent. Even though Starfleets seems to have adopted an crap attitude cursing our pointy eared Romulan friends to burn (given the Mars attack) was all the excuse Starfleet needed.

PICARD AT RAFFI'S

Why is the Federation turning its backs? Some say, Starfleet used to be heralded as the perfect driving force for "we come in peace" in the galaxy but Picard is really undoing 54 years of unity in the Federation. Why I hear you cry? To begin we have secret Romulan assassins operating on Earth which is an interesting sub-plot in episode 3.

COMMODORE O - WHATS SHE AFTER?

It has been voiced that patrick Stewart took on Star Trek Picard because he believed the show could represent the current world we live in the wake of Brexit and Donald Trumps presidency. Theres a guy on youtube who says " This opening definitely hammers that home with a government more interested in helping itself than people who may end up emigrating to Earth, so what do think my trekker friends?

2368 has been working aboard the borg cube and mentoring Soji who is adept at communicating to nameless borg humanoids owing in part to her android capabilities which she is unaware.

Episode 02

Hi trekker friends - Celebrating First Contact Day Star Trek Picard begins this 2nd episode with the "holiday" crew at Utopia Planitia Shipyards cracking jokes, so what could possibly go wrong? So much was right about Mars with the USS Enterprise NCC 1701-D in orbit. Theres a lot of exciting, fascinating story in Maps and legend with the Romulans up to no good hatching their evil plans aboard that borg cube.

USS ENTERPRISE NCC 1701-D

 Meanwhile Mr Pinkerton lets the synthetic lifeforms out for work duties. These fellow "synths" have the freedom to work within the perimeter of the space station because until the incident, androids etc were tried, tested and trusted! So far so good until one of  the humanoids says something really dumb-ass and mean. Sheesh - thats wiseguys for you! If you've been watching so far it was like F8 had a knee-jerk reaction.

F8'S CREWMATES SNEER AND LAUGH AT HIM

  "He creeps me out" says one female earthie within earshot of him. This is not good... not good at all... cos like what other explanation is there? How should you react to an unfriendly remark or continual smear campaign against your good character? and all you do everyday is work hard? F8 then begins to compromise other synthetics and renders the Shipyard defenceless by lowering the shields. Its like plastic guy had a total meltdown, clearly F8 is having a very bad day.

F8 HAS A VERY BAD DAY ON UTOPIA

 After creating mayhem by unleashing the deadly Mars defense grid upon itself and murdering Utopia's staff, F8 turns a gun on himself, sniff. So what in Mars went wrong?

PICARD: She came here to find safety, I owe it to her to find out who killed her and why. 

So Picard goes to Starfleet HQ to enlist admiral Clancy's help and give him a ship - instead he gets a swift kick up the rear end, haha.

PICARD "I was standing up for the Federation for what it represents! For what it should STILL represent!"

CLANCY "How dare you lecture me!"
