E is for Enterprise and Excelsior Engaging the Enemy

Remember when Star Trek's Excelsior and USS Enterprise engaged the enemy. Duh what?

 The U.S.S. Excelsior, NCC-2000 came to the rescue in Star Trek VI with General Chang's Bird of prey ready to swoop in for the kill, could Kirk's USS Enterprise NCC 1701 have survived on its own?

 The plan was simple. Enterprise and Excelsior had to blow the living bejeebers out of Chang's Klingon bird of Prey.

It seems Byron is the top gun and Arenth is his cosbolt navigator sidekick. So what on Mars is going on and where do the cosbolt fighters fit in?

 Can Byron and Arenth determinate how to terminate the exterminators?

Bill Paxton dies

Star Trek Sci Fi Blog mourns Bill Paxton's death who passed away on Saturday. Comicbook.com explains his cause of death was "from a stroke after post-op complications," following heart surgery which the poor guy was worried about. He was only 61.

Apparently Bill emailed Director Doug Liman (Edge of Tomorrow) with the message,

"Thanks for the good wishes. It will help me face this ordeal" 


RIP Bill Paxton.
